i have seen many pretty girls also leaving their husbands because either they are too sick or gained weight etc etc. Please do not leave your life partner because they are in trouble that is differnce between a prostitute (male or female) and life partner. LIfe partner will stick and help each other for life. A prostitute weather male or female will only give money for love. So decision is yours either you become life partner or prostitute.
