So – why do I like Match? Here’s a rundown that I have found using Match.com on and off for the past year -

Features I Like:

Since it is advertised so heavily on TV, there you have a lot more people (60,000) to choose from when you go searching.

That’s impressive – that is a huge amount of singles to choose from when you are dating, seeking someone who can be your soulmate. True dating means dating several before you find “Ms. Right or Mr. Right.”

– You get a daily 5 matches on your site where they try to match you with similar likes, dislikes. This is very helpful and generates a lot of winks from guys/girls you are interested in, without having to constantly search.

–You also get in your email “Daily Matches” with photos of guys/girls with similar likes, dislikes and hobbies that also works the same way.The site generates emails and winks from those who show interest in you and helps you to break the ice, if you are shy.

–You can actually SEE the photos of those interested in you before you join, especially if you take them up on their three day trial which is great.You can do a lot of searching and corresponding back and forth in three days if you work hard at it. How bad do you want a date next Valentine’s Day?

So, let me ask you, just how much do you want to have a Honey under your Christmas tree this year?  Okay, got my drift. I’ll move on.

–Six month guarantee! BUT —– be sure to do this. You have to email at least 5 people a month to keep this active and they have a six month chart in your profile to keep up with this. This is very easy to do. So if you stay active this way, and haven’t found the love of your life in six months, you have another six months free! Great guarantee and well worth the effort since Match is a high caliber program.

–Match does a great job of trying to screen Nigerian scammers – which get easier to spot after a while (the photo looks too perfect as if they copied it from a magazine) and the garbled English is a sure-giveaway. You have to be careful about that.

–Email and winks come straight to your text and/email to alert you each time someone winks or emails you on your cell – I love this!

.–I live in a small town near a large city, but since I am near a large city, so you are not limited to one small area.

–Unlike other sites, you can wink for free and you can see if you are interested enough to join. Some sites block you from seeing their photos or all of their photos until you upgrade.

Features I Don’t Like:

- the price – it is a bit more expensive, but since it is one of the most expensive sites online, you generally find a bit more higher class of guys and girls there. You get what you pay for is true here, since you can tell when someone has put a lot of thought into their profile.

Overall, I have found it to be a great place to find like-minded people to date online. It is a terrific online matchmaker of a high caliber.
