@cyoteblues bro, who would any of the members of the stones be if it wasnt for the stones? if they had never been in a band mick jagger would be singing in the shower, and keith would be a no body rock guitarist. your saying that they could of somehow got famous with out being in a band. why would you hate on ron anywaays? hes a lot better than half the people who claim to play guitar now of days, i mean look at justin bieber, or Taylor Swift, who know 3 chords, or lil wayne who know 3 notes?
@cyoteblues I much prefer trying to play like Albert Collins, and or Albert King actually. I do the Bob Seger version of this pretty good for an old fart in clubs and dives. Admittedly I’m not a great lead guitarist but a couple young guys that play in my band would blow this pretty boy off the stage. Woods has a name for himself from playing with the Stones. A Jeff Beck he aint. Bo Diddley however is a Legend. Woods will never be missed. Sorry. Guess I had a hair up my ass when I posted
