Scientists are researching to find a permanent cure to hair loss but I am not sure when the permanent solution will be available in the market. One thing that we all can do is to prevent hair loss rather than trying to cure it using some products in the market.
Nature has always extended its hands to help is in all the prospects possible, hair loss is not an exemption. Some of the foods available can help you to make your hair healthy thereby avoiding the hair loss. Here are the foods that make your hair grow strong and healthy,
1. Nuts
Nuts like cashew and almonds are rich sources of zinc, as we all know zinc is a vital factor in a hair growth. Walnuts are rich in alpha-linolenic acid which helps in enriching the condition of your hair.2. Eggs
I am sure you all love eggs regardless of whatever form you have it. One good reason to eat lot of eggs to prevent hair loss is due to the presence of Vitamin-B12.
